 The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Mill Creek offers everyone in the community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of people camp out at the High School, and take turns walking around the track. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times for up to 24 hour event. In the meantime, participants are enjoying music, food, entertainment, cancer education, and camaraderie with other members of the community. During the event, a special ceremony is held to honor the cancer survivors of the community and remember those in the community who have lost their battle to cancer. In 2012, the Relay For Life of Mill Creek will be held June 2012.
